We take the
security of your information seriously.
TecEar offers
convenient and secure online credit card purchasing via PayPal's secure socket layer (SSL)
authenticity validation and encryption.
Please note: PayPal does NOT require purchasers to create a PayPal account.
The checkout process allows customers the option of proceeding without a PayPal
account (just like any normal online transaction) or using a PayPal
account if they prefer.
During
checkout, you will notice "https" (hypertext transfer protocol
over secure socket layer) in the address bar and a gold padlock symbol in the lower right corner of the
status bar. These indicators signify that your personal data is being encrypted
for security and sent to a
certified, verifiable destination.
After the transaction is complete, customers are automatically e-mailed
verification of the transaction for their records.
TecEar can also invoice your order via e-mail.
This alternate payment method is often used for special orders. Customers
receive an e-mail with simple

Hearing loss varies considerably from
one individual to another. Therefore, the perceived benefit of each product will be
different for each user. Occasionally, there may also be
technical compatibility issues which make a product unsuitable.
TecEar encourages customers to try products - "risk-free".
If for any reason you are
not satisfied with the product, please return it within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Upon receipt of returned products in
undamaged, resalable condition, in their original boxes/containers and
packaging, with all accessories (including any instructions/manuals), your money will be refunded in
full.
Return postage will be the
responsibility of the customer.

must first obtain instructions and a 'return authorization number' from our customer service
